UG4 India bought majority stake in 33 years old Delhi based stabiliser brand SKYLAND.

Indian Stabiliser market is going to surpass $550 million dollar by 2023. Growth in the market can be seen due to government focus on developing smart cities increasing investment in ‘Make In India’ and ‘Invest India’ initiative.
Currently UG4 India founded by Kkalpit Pattel later joined by Mr. Kunal Jain in year 2017 is into manufacturing capacity of 80,000 airconditioners and 2 lac ceiling Fans in Delhi Samaypur I.A and Mumbai Bhiwandi I.A Facility now adds one more manufacturing facility in Udyog Nagar Delhi. In Udyog Nagar plant company is all set to manufacture 2 lac Stabiliser units In the brand name of SKYLAND. UG4 India is now taking stabiliser brand to the global market. Both the companies has been co-marketing and manufacturing the brand in an agreement under brand names SKYLAND has witnessed a strong uptake for the product in India and abroad for the last couple of months a company statement says.
Brand acquisition comes under the valuation of $10.66 million where UG4 acquired majority stake of the promoter holding.
Delhi based brand is now set to take off in eastern india region specially remote areas.
Manufacturing would be taken care by UG4 India facilities in Delhi and Mumbai.
Company jointly planning to supply 4 lacs Stabiliser.
